Hayley Egan

Founder

Hayley is the heart of ALM Pet Services Ltd. A lifelong animal lover and the proud founder of this growing family business, Hayley has dedicated her career to improving the lives of animals and supporting the people who care for them.

 

With a background in animal rescue, business management, and community engagement, Hayley combines her passion for animal welfare with strong leadership and business expertise. She plays a key role in developing, directing, and supporting the wide range of services offered by ALM Pet Services Ltd — from dog walking, training, and grooming to daycare, boarding, and equine care.

 

Hayley’s vision goes beyond simply running a business; she is committed to creating a trusted, professional, and compassionate organisation where staff, clients, and animals all feel part of the ALM family.

As our dedicated Admin Manager, Molly plays an essential role in keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes. With a strong focus on organisation and customer service, she ensures that enquiries, bookings, and day-to-day operations are handled efficiently and with care.

Digital Marketing Executive

Kaiya is passionate about digital marketing and creating impactful content that connects with audiences. As Digital Marketing Executive, she plays a key role in developing and delivering marketing strategies across all of our brands, bringing fresh ideas, creativity, and a results-driven approach to every project.

 

Working closely with teams across the organisation, Kaiya creates engaging content, supports multi-channel marketing campaigns, generates high-quality leads, and helps strengthen brand awareness. She also works alongside our franchise network, developing targeted marketing initiatives that generate enquiries for franchise partners and enhance the visibility of our franchise offering.

 

With a proactive approach and a strong eye for detail, Kaiya is committed to driving business growth, increasing customer engagement, and delivering marketing that makes a measurable impact across the organisation.

Zoe Bateson

Admin Assistant

As our Admin Assistant, Zoe plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations across all of our businesses. From managing administration, customer enquiries and bookings to coordinating teams, HR systems and business development, she helps ensure everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

 

With exceptional organisational skills, a proactive approach and a strong commitment to customer service, Zoe works closely with our teams and clients to keep our businesses operating smoothly. Whether she's supporting commercial growth, overseeing staff rotas, implementing new systems or maintaining clear communication across the team, her attention to detail and dedication make her an invaluable part of the organisation.
